Step 1. Give it the offer

In Gmail, Outlook, or most email tools, just press Ctrl + V (Mac: Cmd + V). The formatting comes with it.

Do not use Ctrl + Shift + V, and do not pick "Paste as plain text" or "Paste and match style". Those strip the formatting out.

If it still looks plain, use the editor's Edit menu → Paste instead of a keyboard shortcut.
Tip: paste into your email tool's normal writing box, not a plain-text or code box.
